随着我国基础教育课程改革的不断推进,教师对新一轮课程改革的适应性成为影响教育改革推进的重要因素之一。文章通过问卷、访谈等调查了解了西藏英语教师对中学英语新课程的适应现状及其在适应新课程中存在的问题,并就如何提高中学英语教师新课程的适应性提出了对策。
隨著我國基礎教育課程改革的不斷推進,教師對新一輪課程改革的適應性成為影響教育改革推進的重要因素之一。文章通過問捲、訪談等調查瞭解瞭西藏英語教師對中學英語新課程的適應現狀及其在適應新課程中存在的問題,併就如何提高中學英語教師新課程的適應性提齣瞭對策。

With the progress of New Course Reform of basic education in China, the teachers' adaptability has be come one of the important factors exercising influences on promoting education reform. Through the question naire and interview, the paper has provided suggestions on how to improve the teacher' s adaptability towards New Course Reform based on the research carried out among middle school English teachers' current state of their adaptability and problems they are facing in the course of implementing New Course Reform in TAR
