在知识共享过程中，个人意愿直接决定共享行为是否发生。为此，结合社会资本理论和计划行为理论构建研究模型，以服务业为研究对象，通过问卷调查方式，探讨了员工知识共享态度和意愿的影响因素。结果显示：信任、形象、失去知识权威对知识共享态度有显著影响；知识共享态度、主观规范和感知行为控制对知识共享意愿有显著影响；而乐于助人对知识共享态度没有显著影响。

In the process of knowledge sharing , individual intention directly determines whether the sharing behavior takes place. For this reason, this paper constructed a research model by combining the social capital theory with the planned behavior theory. The affecting factors of the attitude and intention of knowledge sharing of employees were dis- cussed with the service industry as the object of study and using the questionnaire survey mode.
