“万隆会议”后,中国政府调整华侨政策,鼓励海外华侨融入当地社会。菲律宾马科斯执政时期,基于国家经济利益的考虑,放宽入籍条件,大批华侨转为菲公民逐渐融入到“大社会”中。在此期间,作为保持民族属性的华文教育不断受到冲击,最终导致根本性变迁。当前形势下,菲律宾华文教育要合理定位,从华人自身生存发展的需要出发,才有前景和未来。关于华文教育传承与融合的研究,可以为今后海外华文教育及汉语国际推广提供借鉴。
“萬隆會議”後,中國政府調整華僑政策,鼓勵海外華僑融入噹地社會。菲律賓馬科斯執政時期,基于國傢經濟利益的攷慮,放寬入籍條件,大批華僑轉為菲公民逐漸融入到“大社會”中。在此期間,作為保持民族屬性的華文教育不斷受到遲擊,最終導緻根本性變遷。噹前形勢下,菲律賓華文教育要閤理定位,從華人自身生存髮展的需要齣髮,纔有前景和未來。關于華文教育傳承與融閤的研究,可以為今後海外華文教育及漢語國際推廣提供藉鑒。
“만륭회의”후,중국정부조정화교정책,고려해외화교융입당지사회。비률빈마과사집정시기,기우국가경제이익적고필,방관입적조건,대비화교전위비공민축점융입도“대사회”중。재차기간,작위보지민족속성적화문교육불단수도충격,최종도치근본성변천。당전형세하,비률빈화문교육요합리정위,종화인자신생존발전적수요출발,재유전경화미래。관우화문교육전승여융합적연구,가이위금후해외화문교육급한어국제추엄제공차감。
The Chinese government adjusted the policy towards overseas Chinese and encouraged them to integrate into the local community after Bandung Conference. For the sake of the national interests, the Philippine government eased the application for citizenships and a large number of overseas Chinese were granted the Philippine citizenship which accelerated their integrating progress into the "mainstream Philippine society" in the reign of Marcos. During this period, overseas education that kept national property was greatly challenged and led to a fundamental vicissitude. In current circumstances, only if the Philippines overseas Chinese educa- tion is positioned rationally and carried out for the need of Chinese self - development, can it have prospects. References are provided to the overseas Chinese education in the future and Chinese international promotion, through the study on the transmission and integration of Chinese education.
