通过分析一级学科下高校授权发明专利的分布规律,得出“专利集中度低,未形成有效组合”是制约高校专利技术转化的重要原因,以此提出增强校际协同创新以形成战略式专利组合是提升高校专利技术转化成功率的不二法宝.以此为视角,对进一步完善协同创新的知识产权归属制度亦有相关建议.

By analyzing the distribution of invention patent of the first-level discipline colleges and universities, this paper concludes that low concentration degree of patent and inefficient combination of patent are two important factors in limiting the transformation of patent technologies. Therefore, promoting the collaborative innovation between colleges and universities and improving the efficiency of the combination of patent can definitely improve the success rate of the transformation of patent technologies. This paper also puts forward suggestions about the attribution of collaborative innovation.
