The general law of World economic development confirms that firstly higher economic growth often associates with the higher industrial proportion in economy. Secondly, to fall into "technology trap" is important cause to drop into "middle-income trap" for many middle-income countries. Thirdly industry status in international labor division from lower stage to higher stage faces different span jump. In China, proportion of industry has always been significantly higher than international law. Industrial upgrading to high processing and technology-intensive industrial structure has been significantly inhibited.International status of indust~ is difficult to improve. In the future, high-growth of industry in China will end, and proportion of indust~ in economy maybe decline step by step. Industry will face "technology trap" and barriers of improving international status. Above all, to become the higher income country needs to avoid rapid decline of industrial position in the economy. Therefore, the dynamic mechanism of industrial development could chanze as soon as oossible.
