On the basis of a comparative analysis in the domestic and foreign information technology index system, the article builds a complete set of urban informatization index system. In accordance with the index system, the article measures the level of information of the four cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Chongqing. At the end, the article puts forward some solutions.
