山西省作为煤炭能源生产消费大省，碳排放总量巨大，未来减排潜力与交易空间可观。为应对即将到来的“国际、国内碳战”，目前山西省从政策、机构、科研和软硬件设备建设等方面为推进碳交易市场的建立做了积极准备。从我国碳交易现状入手，针对山西省碳排放及交易特征，分析了山西省实施碳交易的优势、劣势，提出了推进山西省碳交易市场发展的相关策略。

As a big province of coal energy production and consumption, the amount of Shanxi＇s carbon emissions is huge, emissions reduction potential and trading space in the future is considerable. To cope with the coming of the ＂international and domestic carbon war＂, at present, Shanxi made active preparations to promote the establishment of carbon trading market in policy, institutions, scientific research and the construction of the hardware and software equipment, etc. Starting with the current situation of carbon trading in China, according to the carbon emissions and trading characteristics of Shanxi Province, the article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of carbon trading, and puts forward strategies about the development of the carbon trading market in Shanxi Province.
