Training object is one of the key elements of teacher training, which includes some clusters of variables. The cluster of background variables, the cluster of development variables and the cluster of environment variables of teacher training object are discussed here. The cluster of background variables includes natural variables, time variables, cuhural capital variables, social capital variables and political capital variables. There are four main parts in the cluster of develop- ment variables: hierarchical tide variables, stratified honor variables, bureaucratic post variables and qualification update variables. The cluster of environment variables includes the variables of learning stages, grade, disciplines, spaces and the organizations, and administrative regions variables. The cluster of "object variables" is an important basis for the design of teacher training, which directly influence the key elements as the demand and theme of the training project.
