库尔特·勒温在《食物习惯的改变》研究报告中提出的渠道理论,认为食物是通过多种渠道到达餐桌并被人们食用,在这个过程中,渠道的守门人/把关人起到了关键作用。要改变人们的食物习惯首先要研究守门人的心理并加以改变。本文借用渠道理论对教师培训政策失真进行分析,发现教师培训中同样存在着多种渠道,渠道的守门人同样起着重要的作用。要减少培训政策的失真,一要尽可能减少渠道环节和守门人数量,二要培养和提高守门人的政策能力和综合素质,三要创新培训机会输送方式。

Channel Theory was proposed by Kurt Lewin in The Problem of Changing Food Habits in 1943. It considered that the food reached family' s dining table through a variety of channels. In the process of food' s flowing in the channel, the gatekeepers played key roles. To change people' s food habits we must study the gatekeepers' psychology and change it. This paper analyses the channels in the teacher training from the perspective of channel theory. We find there are variety of channels and gatekeepers also play an important roles. In order to reduce the distortion of the teacher' s training policy, we should shorten the channel and minimize the number of gatekeepers firstly, cultivate and improve capacity of the gate- keepers secondly, and innovative the methods of training opportunities' distribution.
