基于对教师德性内涵的实践和理论两个层面的反思,本文从两个范畴对传统教师德性的内涵进行了现代建构:一是在身份认同指向的社会属性范畴,教师德性是传道、授业、解惑;二是在内在心性指向的伦理范畴,教师德性是教师仁。两者在教师德性的现代发展中都衍生出了新的涵义。本文以期在一个更为整全和宽阔的视域中对教师德性进行一种多角度的分析和阐释。

Based on the practice and theory reflection of the connotation of teacher' s virtue, this study re-explains the connotation of traditional teacher' s virtue with modem perspective, and gives a definition of that from two categories : one is in the social property category, which points to teacher' s identity, teacher' s virtue is preaching "dao", teaching knowledge and dispelling doubts ; the other is in the ethic category, which points to teacher' s inward nature, that is teacher' s benevolence. The purpose of this research is to make a multiple and comprehensive interpretation of teacher' s virtue in a wider perspective.
