土地生态文明是生态文明建设的重要组成部分，评价指标体系构建是土地生态文明的基础和关键，也是土地生态学的重要研究内容。对土地生态文明的内涵进行了界定和分析，借鉴相关研究成果并结合河南粮食主产区实际状况，构建了以土地数量、土地质量、土地生态、土地利用制度等4项为准则层、13项指标层和30项元指标组成的土地生态文明建设综合评价指标体系，为粮食主产区土地生态文明乃至国家生态文明建设提供理论依据。
土地生態文明是生態文明建設的重要組成部分，評價指標體繫構建是土地生態文明的基礎和關鍵，也是土地生態學的重要研究內容。對土地生態文明的內涵進行瞭界定和分析，藉鑒相關研究成果併結閤河南糧食主產區實際狀況，構建瞭以土地數量、土地質量、土地生態、土地利用製度等4項為準則層、13項指標層和30項元指標組成的土地生態文明建設綜閤評價指標體繫，為糧食主產區土地生態文明迺至國傢生態文明建設提供理論依據。

Land ecological civilization is an important part of the ecological civilization construction, the establishment of evaluation index system is not only the basis and key of land ecological civilization but also an important research content of land ecology. According to the definition and analyze of the connotation of land ecological civilization, reference to the relevant research results and combining with the actual condition fTom the main grain-producing areas in Henan province, establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system of land ecological civilization construction which are composed of four cnterion layers such as land quantity, land quality, land ecology and land use system, and thirteen index levels and thirty unit indexes. This system provides the theoretical basis of land ecological civilization and even national ecological civilization construction in main grain-producing areas.
