空气污染是当今我国特大城市和超大城市遇到的重大问题,但污染程度城市各区又有很大的空间差异。运用地理信息系统及统计回归分析等方法,计量分析影响北京不同区域空气质量差异的因素,得出“林木绿化率和产业的行业结构和规模结构是影响城市空气质量最重要因素”的结论。在借鉴国外发达国家城市规划经验的基础上,我们对调控大城市空气质量提出了适当限制中小企业发展及强化城市“肺”、“肾”功能等的系列建议。

Air pollution is one of the serious problems that China's megacities encounter although there are great spatial differences about the degree of pollution in different areas. Based on the geographic information system and regressive analysis, this paper analyzes the factors affecting air quality of Beijing's different areas and draws a conclusion that the most important factors that influence urban air quality are landscaping ratio, industrial structure and scale. Taking the experiences of developed countries in the urban planning for reference, this paper put forward some suggestions for improving the air quality in big cities, such as properly to restrict the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and to intensify the functions of"lung"and"kidney"of cities, etc.
