The results of classroom management are effected by the preparation for classroom teaching, teacher attainments and class scale. The classroom management in the new curriculum reform has some characteristics,such as scientific,student-centered,paying close attention to teaching effect. In order to improve the results of classroom management,efforts need to be made to optimize the relationship between teachers and students,improve the teachers’ attainments,and make better the ways of classroom management.
