本文作者通过对重庆市酉阳县民族完小师资队伍、校本课程设置进行实地调查,发现民族文化在学校教育传承中存在着诸多问题。作者认为,民族文化传承只有走特色发展之路,校本课程具备吸引力,才能得到学生的喜爱;民族文化传承只有良好的社会环境,才能得到持久的发展和具备旺盛的生命力。

After a field investigation of ethnic primary schools in Youyang County of Chongqing about teaching body and school-based curriculum, the writers find that there are still many problems in inheriting ethnic culture in school education. The writers hold that ethnic cultural inheritance should be carried out with characteristics; interesting school-based courses should be conducted to attract students and a good social environment should be constructed to enable a sustainable inheritance of ethnic culture with exuberant vitality.
