以重庆房地产职业学院学生管理工作为视角,从高等职业学院的办学定位、学生特点及发展态势,围绕学院专业办学特色,对于如何加强内涵建设,提高学生到课率、毕业率、就业率等一系列关乎教育教学质量的问题进行了探讨,并就新时期构建学生管理模式,促进学院快速发展进行了有益的实践与探讨.
以重慶房地產職業學院學生管理工作為視角,從高等職業學院的辦學定位、學生特點及髮展態勢,圍繞學院專業辦學特色,對于如何加彊內涵建設,提高學生到課率、畢業率、就業率等一繫列關乎教育教學質量的問題進行瞭探討,併就新時期構建學生管理模式,促進學院快速髮展進行瞭有益的實踐與探討.

Based on our practice of student management in Chongqing Real Estate College, we analyzed the school-running orientation, characteristics of students, and unique school-running characteristics for higher vocational colleges. Besides, we discussed on improving teaching quality by strengthening connotation construction and improving students＇ attendance rate and employment rate in order to construct a new mode of student management and promote the development of the higher vocational colleges.
