我国正处于推动自主创新、加快建设创新型国家的重要战略阶段,必须要有一大批符合创新型国家所需要的科技创新人才来承担起建设重任,文章以培养青年科技创新人才为目标,通过分析总结青年科技创新人才的成长过程和环境,分析影响青年科技创新人员成长的影响因素,最后就如何促进有利于青年科技创新人才培养提出对策建议.

China has been on an important strategic stage of promoting independent innovation and accelerating transformation of China into an innovation-driven country. In this stage, a great many of innovative talents who meet the demand of an innovation-driven country are needed to undertake this task. Focusing on the goal of cultivating young innovative talents in science and technology, this paper ana- lyses and summarizes the development process and environment of young innovative talents, and analyzes the factors which may influ- ence the development of young innovative talents. Finally, some strategy suggestions on how to further promote cultivation of young inno- vative talents are proposed.
