国家“十二五”科学和技术发展规划提出“加快发展服务科技创新的新型金融服务机构,积极探索支持科技创新的融资方式”的战略目标,对于支持科技型中小企业发展,促进科技成果转化,培育和发展战略性新兴产业具有重要意义.目前,一批科技金融服务机构通过资源整合、模式创新等不断探索,在传统金融制度下走出了一条支持科技型中小企业融资发展的新道路,值得借鉴和推广.为此,本.文以具有代表性的浙江某科技金融服务公司为例展开研究,并据此提出了相关建议.

＂The 12th Five-Year Plan of the Development of Science and Technology＂ proposed the strategic objectives to speed up the development of innovative financial service institutions for supporting scientific and technological innovation, and to explore actively fi- nancing support for scientific and technological innovation. It is of great significance for supporting SMEs development, promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, fostering and developing strategic emerging industries. Currently, in the conventional financial system, through scientific and technological resources integration and operation innovation, a number of sci-tech finance service institutions have been out of a new road to support SMEs financing development. In this paper, we do a case study and put forward relevant proposals.
