基于自我导向学习法(SDL)的理论研究范式,以网络学习为依托,笔者根据SDL与大学英语视听说网络自主学习的契合点,采取了签订网络自主学习契约计划书、监控网络自主学习过程、定期集中汇报学习成果三个主要措施优化视听说网络自主学习,并提出了SDL在视听说网络自主学习中的实施条件,以期通过导入SDL打破学生对视听说课堂语言学习系统和教师模式化教学的依赖性、拓展视听说学习内容和学习时空、增强学习责任意识、提高学生自主学习能力和满足学生个性化需求。
基于自我導嚮學習法(SDL)的理論研究範式,以網絡學習為依託,筆者根據SDL與大學英語視聽說網絡自主學習的契閤點,採取瞭籤訂網絡自主學習契約計劃書、鑑控網絡自主學習過程、定期集中彙報學習成果三箇主要措施優化視聽說網絡自主學習,併提齣瞭SDL在視聽說網絡自主學習中的實施條件,以期通過導入SDL打破學生對視聽說課堂語言學習繫統和教師模式化教學的依賴性、拓展視聽說學習內容和學習時空、增彊學習責任意識、提高學生自主學習能力和滿足學生箇性化需求。

Based on the Self-directed Learning(SDL) theory in the internet-based autonomous learning of College English Viewing, Listing and Speaking, the paper explores the relationships between SDL and the Autonomous Learning of College English Viewing, Listening and Speaking. Three measures including signing contractual study plan, managing and monitoring learning process, and demonstrating learning outcomes are adopted in order to reduce dependency on mechanical learning system and f ixed teaching mode, enlarge teaching content, teaching time and space, enhance students' sense of responsibility and autonomous learning ability, and meet the individualized needs required by students.
