2012年以来,＂大规模在线开放课程＂的旋风,掠过全球大学的校园,对传统的高等教育模式形成了强有力的挑战。同一时刻,教育部启动了新一轮精品课程——国家级精品资源共享课的申报工作,明确提出了＂优化结构、转型升级、多级联动、共建共享＂的建设目标。面对新形势的变化,本文聚焦课程建设这一主题,结合国家级精品课程＂英语写作＂（1—4级水平）6年来的建设工作,选取了14个关注要点做一讨论。

2012년이래,＂대규모재선개방과정＂적선풍,략과전구대학적교완,대전통적고등교육모식형성료강유력적도전。동일시각,교육부계동료신일륜정품과정——국가급정품자원공향과적신보공작,명학제출료＂우화결구、전형승급、다급련동、공건공향＂적건설목표。면대신형세적변화,본문취초과정건설저일주제,결합국가급정품과정＂영어사작＂（1—4급수평）6년래적건설공작,선취료14개관주요점주일토론。
The year of 2012 witnessed two important events in the fi eld of higher education. Globally, the debut of Massive Open Online Courses（MOOC） has swept the whole world and is shaking the foundation of higher education. Nationally, a new Shared Quality Course Program has been initiated by the Ministry of Education of the People＇s Republic of China. Some emphases in the new program include： Structural optimizing, Enhancing by transformation, Hierarchical coupling, and Co-developing sharing. Facing a challenging situation like this, the current study chose the curriculum development as the focus of discussion. Fourteen points of concern were summarized and discussed in relation to a 6-year practice in developing a former National Quality Course in English writing（Level 1- Level 4）.
