动态能力是战略管理领域的热门议题,但动态能力的构成和演化及其与持续竞争优势的关系仍缺乏清晰的研究路径。本文基于机会逻辑,整合动态能力多重观点,提炼出动态能力由组织和战略过程中具有递进关系的搜寻惯例、选择惯例和重构惯例构成;持续竞争优势的形成既是组织学习驱动动态能力演化的过程,也是通过动态能力持续改变资源与能力基础、识别和把握机会、重构运营惯例的过程;还发现作为持续竞争优势的来源,动态能力是变化环境下组织能力的共性要求,存在跨企业的“最佳实践”,其作用发挥需以崇尚学习和创新的组织文化、知识治理导向的组织体制和高度柔性的组织结构为保证。

Dynamic capability theory is currently tne most populu however, the composition and evolution of dynamic capabilities and the mechanism of relationship with sustainable competitive advantages still lack a clear trail. Though literature research and theoretical derivation, based on the "opportunity logic", this paper attempts to build a general framework of the mechanism of relationship between dy- namic capabilities and competitive advantage. Firstly, this paper commentaries on the three representative views which are dynamic capabilities integration concept, learning concept and conventions concept and points out that the plight of existing studies and its root causes. Then, based on the theory of organization conventions and organization- al capacity, this paper defines the concept of dynamic capabilities, integrates the existing research and explores the dimension composition and evolution of the dynamic capabilities. Finally, this paper analysis the influence mecha- nism of dynamic capability for sustained competitive advantage. Conclusions of the study are as follows : ( 1 ) Combi- ning the research results of conventions concept and integration concept, it finds that dynamic capability as an em- bedded organizational and strategic processes convention system at the organizational level is the common require- ments of organizational capacity in the changing environment,this provides a theoretical proposition for dynamic ca- pabilities which exist "best practices "and "dynamic capabilities are sustained competitive advantage necessary but not sufficient condition". (2) By combing the literatures which are about relationship between organizational learn- ing and dynamic capabilities, the learning that drives the evolution of dynamic capability and the learning that is as a component of dynamic capabihties (searching conventions) play a different role in the formation process of com- petitive advantage ,the learning that drives the evolution of dynamic capability has path-dependent characteristics, its role is to improve the effectiveness of conventions system of dynamic capabilities ,however ,the learning that is as a component of dynamic capabilities refers to the creative searching conventions and searching behavior under the guidance, its role is to change the basis of resources and capacities and to produce diversity potential opportunities. ( 3 ) Through a comparison of the research paradigm about the theory of competitive advantage, the main reason why the study about the relationship between dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage is in trouble is that domi- nant logic is fuzzy. The research about competitive advantage based on core competence follows the "leverage log- ic", emphasizing sustainable competitive advantage which comes from a relatively stable core competencies plays a leveraged role in other resources and capacity inside and outside of the enterprise; the research about sustainable competitive advantage based on dynamic capabilities is to follow the "opportunity logic", emphasizing given path- dependent and potential market conditions, oriented to market opportunities, by changing the basis of resources and capacity and its combinations, to obtain new or innovative forms of competitive advantage. (4) The paper also pointes out that the organizational culture respected for learning and innovation diverse flexible, the organization sys- tem of knowledge management oriented and the highly flexible organizational structure with decentralization and net- working features, these are must possess organizational context that the enterprises obtain sustainable competitive ad- vantage which is based on dynamic capabilities.
