通过对福建、江西和浙江三省494个样本农户造林营林行为的统计描述性分析，得出结论：林改后三省在资金、劳动力投入方面有所增长，林地规模呈现扩大态势，用材林和经济林面积稳步增加，林地流入和流出户增多，但参与林业合作组织的农户林改后仍然较少，且积极性不高。提出了相关政策建议。

By investigating 494 samples of foresters＇ planting, breeding and managing behavior in Fujian, Jiangxi and Zhejiang provinces, together with comparing foresters＇ former and later behavior under the co/lective forestry property rights system reform through descriptive statistics analysis. Conclusions are drawn as follows： after the for- estry property rights system reform, there is an increasing investment in capital and labor input. The forestland scale、 timber forest and economic forest area and forestland circulation are also on the rise. However, the foresters who participate in forestry cooperative organization are still rare and inactive. Therefore it puts forward related sug- gestions for policy decision-making.
