以云南省7州市7县510户农户的实地调查数据为基础，运用文献研究、理论分析、统计分析等方法开展了在集体林改背景下采取集体统一经营对农户经营林地影响的研究。运用二分类Logistic模型，定量分析了主要影响因素，建立了计量模型。分析表明：林地面积、经营方向、林权证、承包（租赁）经营本村林地、采伐指标、林权抵押贷款、因无林权证在经营中产生困难、希望提高生态补偿金和希望引导发展林下经济等9个因子对林地经营存在影响；研究认为改革符合客观实际、尊重群众意愿，林地现状、政策措施和经营需求等因素对林地经营会产生影响。

We analyzed the vote about the Reform contents, clearly established ownership, operation modes and re- form pattern of the Collective Forest Tenure reform based on the survey data obtained by questionnaire interview- ing with the famers of 510 families from 7 Counties of 7 Cities, Yunnan province. Literature research, theoretical analysis, statistical analysis were used in the effect of the collective operation development of undergrowth economy. We suggested that the reform should accord with the objective reality and the farmer＇s willingness, the forest opera- tion would be effected by the forest status, pattern on the forest operation. Using the mortgage loan of forest right, operating ditticulties without forest right certificate, hoping to improve the ecological compensation, hoping to guide the measures of policy and operation requirement. Using Logistic model, we quantified the main influencing factors and built the measuring model. The analysis indicated that, nine factors affected the forest operation are： acre- age of forest, operation direction, forest right certificate, lease the forest of local xdllage, felling index, give sugges- tions of concerned policy were given based on the realities.
