Based on the analysis of the value of collective land, this paper scrutinizes the measurement and evaluation of current values. Researches on measurement and evaluation are carried out by investigating the rural collective land in Chaoyang District, Beijing, looking especially at the 49 villages fully engaged in the 2009 Urban-rural Integration Program. Hopefully the paper may lay some grounds for further researches on the added value and interest distribution of collective land.
