基于OECD—WTO联合发布的TiVA统计数据，采用Koopman等提出的“GVC地位指数”，测算分析了1995—2009年期间，中国制造业及内部各部门在GVC中的国际分工地位及其演变情况，结果显示：目前中国制造业整体及内部各部门在GVC中的国际分工地位仍处于较低水平；无论自身比较还是国际间比较，中国“劳动密集型”制造业部门在GVC中的国际分工地位，明显高于“资本、技术密集型”和“资源密集型”制造业部门；1995—2009年期间，中国制造业及内部各部门在GVC中的分工地位呈现“L”型演变特征，这一演变特征与中国的要素禀赋、工业化发展进程和经济发展战略变化有关。

By applying ＂GVC Position Indices＂ proposed by Koopman et al. and based on OECD ＆ WTO joint database on Trade in Value Added （Ti- VA）, the division status and changing features of China＇s manufacturing industry in Global Value Chains （GVC） during the period 1995-2009 are measured and an- alyzed. The results show that the division status of China＇s manufacturing indus- try and its sectors in GVC are presently at low levels; the division status of Chi- na＇s labor intensive manufacturing sectors are apparently at higher levels than those of China＇s technology, capital and natural resource intensive manufacturing sectors, whether judging by itself or from an international comparative perspec- tive. The division status of China＇ s manufacturing industry and its sectors in GVC from 1995 to 2009 took on an L-shaped evolution. The main causes for this characteristic are attributable to China＇s factor endowment, industrialization and change of economic development strategies.
