一个产业自身的集聚水平可能会影响该产业的国际竞争力，而与其他产业之间的异质集聚以及产业之间的关联性也可能会影响该产业的国际竞争力。基于上述思路，本文从产业集聚水平、产业竞争程度、产业关联度、产业多样化等四个方面刻画样本产业的同质与异质集聚特征，利用中国15个制造行业2000—2011年的面板数据，就上述四个变量对样本产业国际竞争力的影响进行了实证研究，发现产业集聚水平越高、产业关联度越强，样本产业的国际竞争力越强；产业竞争越激烈、产业多样化程度越高，样本产业的国际竞争力越弱。这一研究结论对中国的产业政策导向具有启发意义。

The agglomeration level of an industry within itself may influence its international competitiveness, whereas the agglomeration of the industry with others, namely heterogeneous agglomeration, and the relationship between these in- dustries, may also have an influence on the international competitiveness of this industry. This paper depicts the characteristics of sample industries by four indica- tors including industrial agglomeration level, industrial competition level, industri- al relevancy and industrial diversity, and then empirically investigates their im- pacts on international competitiveness of the sample industries using panel data of fifteen manufacturing industries from China from the year 2000 to 2011. It is found that higher industrial agglomeration level and industrial relevancy lead to higher competitiveness of the sample industry, and that higher industrial competi- tion level and industrial diversity are responded by lower competitiveness of the sample industry. Conclusions in this paper may have some implications for China＇s industrial policy formulation.
