本文将现有文献对产权制度影响生态资源的因果关系分析拓展为影响机制分析，采用中国等56个发展中国家2002—2008年面板数据，引入南北贸易作为中介变量，考察不清晰和不稳定的产权制度导致发展中国家生态资源贫瘠化的影响机制。结果表明，不完善的产权保护制度对发展中国家生态资源贫瘠化有直接正效应；南北贸易是不完善的产权制度导致生态资源贫瘠化的中介变量，即不完善的产权保护制度通过南北贸易对加剧生态资源贫瘠化产生间接正效应，中介效应占总效应的比例高达53．46％。

This paper extends current studies on the effect of property rights on ecological resources from causation analysis to analysis on effect mechanism. By employs panel data of 56 developing countries including China during 2002-2008, this study introduces the south-north trade as a mediator variable and examines the effect mechanism of unclear and unstable property rights on the im- poverishment of ecological resources in developing countries. The results show that the imperfect property rights have a direct positive effect on the impoverish- ment of ecological resources in developing countries, and a mediating effect ex- ists between the imperfect property rights resources in the south-north trade accounting and the impoverishment of ecological for up to 53.46% of the total effect
