首先介绍动态偏离一份额模型，说明该模型的不足之处，引出动态偏离一份额空间模型，该模型不仅考虑了宏观区域对镇江市高新技术产业的影响，也考虑了周边城市对镇江市的影响，分析结果更加准确。然后运用Nazara和Hewings推演的区域增长分解公式，对镇江市高新技术产业竞争力和产业结构进行分析，分析结果不仅衡量了周边城市对镇江市高新技术产业发展的影响，也清晰展示了镇江市6大高新技术行业竞争力和产业结构状况。最后按照竞争力和产业结构将镇江市6大高新技术产业分成3类，对不同类别产业未来发展分别提出建议。

Firstly, this paper introduces the dynamic shift-share model. On this basis it lists the shortcomings of the model. Then the paper educes the dynamic Shift-share Spatial model. This model considers not only the impact that the whole region brings to Zhenjiang on the Hi-tech Industry, but also the impact that neighbor citys brings to Zhenjiang. Consequently, the result of this model comes more precise. And then it uses the regional growth decomposition formula which is deduced by Nazara and Hewings to analyze the competitiveness and the industrial structure of Zhenjiang city. The result not only measures the impact that the neighbors bring to Zhenjiang, but also clearly shows the situation of the competitiveness and industrial structure of Zhenjiangs big six Hi-tech Industry. At last of this paper, the big six Hbtech Industry is sorted into three kinds according as competitiveness and industrial structure. Then different advices is put forward to the hi-tech Industry＇s future development.
