以高新技术产业研发创新系统协调发展为研究对象,以系统二象理论为理论基础,分别应用超效率数据包络分析模型和因子分析模型测算了高新技术产业的过程系统和状态系统发展水平,并应用系统协调发展度模型测算了我国高新技术产业研发创新系统的协调发展度。经过研究,从研发创新系统协调发展角度可将我国高新技术产业分为4种主要类型,为其分类治理和发展提供了理论依据。

Taking the coordination development of the high-tech industry as the research object. Based on the Er-Xiang the- ory, The comprehensive development level of the process system and the condition system is calculated by the super effi- ciency data envelop analysis and the factor analysis model, the coordination development of the high-tech industry is calcu- lated by the system coordination development model. According to the final result, the high-tech industry of China could be classified into four types from the perspective of coordination development, which provides theoretical basis for the clas- sified governance and development of the high-tech industry.
