为把握大学元制度创新过程中可能遇到的内源性阻抗因素,2011年以来,课题组在非教育学专业的高学历人群中开展了随机性问卷调查.结果发现,60%以上的人消费主义倾向明显,97%的人认为我国大学治理由官员决定、行政主导,95%的人认为我国大学基本制度不完善、须创新.矛盾的是,97%的人肯定制度不如道德重要.他们认识到制度缺失,内心却很矛盾,容易简单行事,可能诉诸长官意志,表现为“官僚主义”,也可能诉诸“民众意见”,表现为“消费主义”,行动上很难把制度当回事.只有扼制消费主义的困扰,约束权力的运用,根除对制度的“集体无意识”,即只有切实化解制度创新的内源性阻抗因素,才能将制度化为高学历人群内心的信念与行动的支柱.

An inquiry shows that more than 60% of the respondents hold consumerism intensively. 97% of the respondents think that university in China is governed by the officials and oriented by administration. 95% of the respondents believe the faultiness of university institution and the necessity of institution innovation, which is inconsistent to the result that 97% of them devalue institution to moral. The high diploma holders are cognizant of the lack of institution, but many cultural conflicts have filled in their mind, and they usually tend to act simply in daily work, either appeal to go to magisterial volition which looks like ~bureaucratism" , or appeal to go to "mass opinion" which is the same like consumerism. Neither is difficult to treat institution rightly. Therefore, we must grip the puzzle of consumerism, restrict the exercise of powers, and finally uproot the collective unconsciousness of institution ff we want to push institution innovation actually and melt the power of institution at first into the high diploma holders' faith in mind and the stanchion of actions.
