基于SBM和M指数分别从DEA单元有效性、投入要素冗余量、M指数效率评价等3个方面对我国各地区2000 ~2010年农业基础设施供给效率进行实证分析.结果表明,全国各地区农业基础设施供给效率均有较大提高;农业发展滞后区农业基础设施供给效率较低,投入要素冗余百分比较高,而东部经济发达地区农业基础设施供给效率高,投入要素没有冗余或冗余少;各地区农业基础设施供给呈现好的发展势头,但技术效率发展不稳定.

Based on model SBM and Malmquist index, this paper studies supply efficiency of Chinese agricultural infrastruc- ture of 2000 -2010 from three aspects of effectiveness of DEA, redundancy of input factors, performance evaluation of Malmquist Index. Results show that supply efficiency of agricultural infrastructure is improved ; at lagging agricultural devel- opment regions, supply efficiency is lower, and percentage of redundancy is higher, while at developed regions, there are higher efficiency and less percentage of redundancy. Agricultural infrastructure supply shows a good development momen- tum, but technical efficiency is instability.
