The goals, in the same way, are to achieve ecological prosperity and modernization, and ulti- mately realize the great national rejuvenation through the building of ecological civilization. The actual condition for the con- struction of ecological civilization,likewise,implies that the development of Chinese ecological way is its realistic approach, promotion of Chinese ecological spirit is its spiritual support, and the cohesion of Chinese ecological power is its fundamental driving force.
