全力做好新形势下的群众工作,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的内在要求和根本途径.而要做好群众工作,首要的任务是做好群众的思想政治工作.思想政治工作本质是群众工作,思想政治工作科学化是做好群众工作的必然要求,在推进思想政治工作科学化,增强群众工作实效性的过程中,必须坚持群众路线的指导思想,坚持以人为本的核心立场,坚持群众利益的根本原则.

Doing good mass work under the new situation is the inherent requirement and the fundamental way of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
