跨文化人际交往障碍的成功解决与否关系到来华留学生教育质量的提高和来华留学生教育事业的蓬勃发展。文章通过定量和定性相结合的研究分析影响来华留学生与中国学生人际交往的障碍,发现最大的障碍在于价值观因素、制度安排因素,其次是主观偏见因素、文化隔阂因素和语言障碍因素。调适这些障碍以加强语言培训为突破口,跨越工具性障碍,同时发挥同辈群体的榜样作用和学生组织的核心力量,对来华留学生跨文化人际交往技巧进行积极引导;此外还要为来华留学生创造更多的跨文化人际交往的机会,如,组织国际交流、开展丰富多彩的课外活动来锻炼来华留学生跨文化人际交往的能力;最后,通过加强来华留学生跨文化人际交往项目体系的建设,促进跨文化人际交往发展常态化、制度化。

Successful solution to interpersonal communication across cultures matters with the improvement in the teaching qual- ity of international students learning in Xinjiang and the vigorous development of educational cause for international students. The pa- per through quantitative and qualitative process analyzes the barrier in interpersonal communication between international and Chi- nese students to find that the biggest barrier lies in value factor, system factor followed by subjective impartial factor, cultural and language barrier factors. To modulate the barriers, language training is to be intensified as a breakthrough, barrier across instrument is to be got over, a role of model in peer group and student board as a core force displayed,inter-personal communication across cultures for international students guided and more chances offered to them, such as: international communication to be organized, colorful ex- tra-curriculum activities carried out to train their communicative power. In the end, stronger construction on their communicative sys- tem to promote their communication in regular and systematic pattern
