国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020）提出,创新人才培养模式.对中外人才培养模式进行对比分析,有利于借鉴别国的经验.中外人才培养模式的差异体现在招生方式、培养方式、教学方式、考核方式等几个方面.在对比分析的基础上,本文对地方本科院校教师教育专业人才培养制度与模式的改革提出了建议.

Starting from the Requirement of National Medium and Long Term Educational Reform and Development Plan, this paper compares the university talent cultivation model in the aspect of talents＇ cultivation model between China and other countries with respect to recruitment, cultivation, teaching and evaluation methods, which might be a reference for province university＇ s reform on teachers＇ education talent cultivation model. Based on the comparison and contrast, the author put forward some practical proposals
