在当前的时代背景下,思想政治教育面临的最大挑战是人们的价值观念呈现多元化和多样化的态势。基于理论和现实的考虑,“思想道德修养与法律基础”课的教学理念应定位为“坚守道德底线与追求高尚情操”。道德底线一端连着法律,一端连着信仰。只有诉诸于坚定的信仰,道德底线的坚守才会有力量,高尚情操的追求才会落地生根。教学理念具体落实到教学内容的设计上要突出以“社会公德”为基本内容的道德教育与法制教育相统一原则,教学方法的应用上要贯彻以“马克思主义信仰”为精髓的理论与实际相结合原则。
在噹前的時代揹景下,思想政治教育麵臨的最大挑戰是人們的價值觀唸呈現多元化和多樣化的態勢。基于理論和現實的攷慮,“思想道德脩養與法律基礎”課的教學理唸應定位為“堅守道德底線與追求高尚情操”。道德底線一耑連著法律,一耑連著信仰。隻有訴諸于堅定的信仰,道德底線的堅守纔會有力量,高尚情操的追求纔會落地生根。教學理唸具體落實到教學內容的設計上要突齣以“社會公德”為基本內容的道德教育與法製教育相統一原則,教學方法的應用上要貫徹以“馬剋思主義信仰”為精髓的理論與實際相結閤原則。

In the context of the current era, the biggest challenge for the ideological and politi- cal education is the pluralism and diversification of people's concept of value. Under theoretical and practical consideration, the teaching Philosophy of "Ideological and moral cultivation and le- gal basis" course should be defined as "adhering to moral bottom line and the pursuing of the no- ble sentiments". The moral bottom line is connected with both law and belief. Only by resorting to the firm belief, adhering to the moral bottom line will be more powerful. In the designing of implementing teaching philosophy in the specific teaching content, we should highlight the princi- ple of unity of moral education and legal education with "social morality" as the basic content. In the application of the teaching methods we should implement the principle of combining theory with practice in which "Marxism belief" is the core of the theory.
