目的:依据公共场所卫生标准,对江苏省范围内具有代表性的大众体育健身馆营业期间室内不同功能区域的空气质量进行调研、监测与分析,提出针对性建议。方法:利用相关仪器设备对力量训练区、有氧运动区、动感单车室和健身操房进行温度、相对湿度、风速、甲醛、苯、CO浓度、C02浓度、空气细菌总数、可吸入颗粒物(PM10)浓度等9项指标检测,同时,对场地内的健身锻炼者进行了空气质量主观感受的问卷调查以及心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SaQ)的测试对比。结果:锻炼高峰期时段,各区域的CO浓度均未超标(P〉0.05);力量训练区和有氧运动区的甲醛和苯含量未超标(P〉0.05),而CO2浓度、空气细菌总数、PM10浓度等明显超标(P〈0.05);动感单车室和健身操房的甲醛和苯含量均严重超标(P〈0.01),CO2浓度、空气细菌总数、PM10浓度等也出现不同程度的超标(P〈0.05);锻炼者的SaO2较高峰期前出现显著性降低的运动功能区域是动感单车室(P〈0.05)。结论:江苏地区大众体育健身场(馆)各运动功能区域营业高峰期的室内空气质量总体情况堪忧,尤以动感单车室的污染最为严重;其次是健身操房和力量训练区,污染相对较轻的是有氧运动区。建议:体育健身馆从各方面加强对高峰期场地内空气环境质量的综合管理与维护,相关职能部门完善对体育健身馆室内空气环境质量的监控、处罚和整改程序。

목적:의거공공장소위생표준,대강소성범위내구유대표성적대음체육건신관영업기간실내불동공능구역적공기질량진행조연、감측여분석,제출침대성건의。방법:이용상관의기설비대역량훈련구、유양운동구、동감단차실화건신조방진행온도、상대습도、풍속、갑철、분、CO농도、C02농도、공기세균총수、가흡입과립물(PM10)농도등9항지표검측,동시,대장지내적건신단련자진행료공기질량주관감수적문권조사이급심솔(HR)、혈양포화도(SaQ)적측시대비。결과:단련고봉기시단,각구역적CO농도균미초표(P〉0.05);역량훈련구화유양운동구적갑철화분함량미초표(P〉0.05),이CO2농도、공기세균총수、PM10농도등명현초표(P〈0.05);동감단차실화건신조방적갑철화분함량균엄중초표(P〈0.01),CO2농도、공기세균총수、PM10농도등야출현불동정도적초표(P〈0.05);단련자적SaO2교고봉기전출현현저성강저적운동공능구역시동감단차실(P〈0.05)。결론:강소지구대음체육건신장(관)각운동공능구역영업고봉기적실내공기질량총체정황감우,우이동감단차실적오염최위엄중;기차시건신조방화역량훈련구,오염상대교경적시유양운동구。건의:체육건신관종각방면가강대고봉기장지내공기배경질량적종합관리여유호,상관직능부문완선대체육건신관실내공기배경질량적감공、처벌화정개정서。
Objective:On the basis of public health standards, this paper makes deeply investiga- tion, monitor and analysis on indoor air quality in different functional areas whithin the scope of a representative of mass sports gym in Jiangsu province, and provides. Methods: Using relevant equipment for temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, concentration of formaldehyde, ben zene, CO, CO2 concentration, total number of bacteria in the air and the concentration of PM10 in strength training area, aerobic fitness area, spinning room, aerobics room, as well as the bus iness peak period of fitness exercisers in heart rate, blood oxygen saturation and questionnaire of subjective feeling. Results: At peak exercise session, each region of the CO concentration were not overweight (P〈0.05) ;formaldehyde and benzene content didn't exceeds in strength training and cardio zone(P〉0.05), and CO2 concentration, total number of bacteria in the air and the concentration of PM10levels significantly (P〈0.05) ;formaldehyde and benzene con tent in spinning room and aerobics room exceeds badly (P〈0. 01), CO2 concentration, total number of bacteria in the air and the concentration of PM10 also appeared different degree of o verweight (P〈0.05) ;blood oxygen saturation of exercisers before the peak appeared signifi cantly lower in spinning room (P〈0. 05). Conclusions:Indoor air quality of peak period at each functional area in gym is generally grim in liangsu. Pollution in spinning room is most se rious, which followed by aerobics room, strength training area and aerobic fitness area. It is suggested to strengthen comprehensive management and maintenance of air quality at peak times from various aspects, and to improve monitoring, punishment and rectification process for indoor air quality.
