通过制度概念视域的转换，从人与物的最一般关系的分析中，确认了人对物相对独立性的原因和内涵，进一步揭示了这种独立性所导致的人的欲望的无限性或人的无限的否定性，进而论证了人的自由度饥渴。从制度的自由观出发，论证了自由度落差是制度变迁的最根本动力，同时分析了制度变迁的两种雏度，并对我国经济发展的繁荣和挑战进行了简要评析。

Through the perspective transformation of concept of institution and the analysis of the most general relation- ship between people and things, the article found the cause and connotation of people＇ s relative independence, further revealed people＇ s infinite desire or unlimited negativity caused by relative independence, and demonstrated people＇ s hunger for freedom. Based on the values of freedom of institution, it demonstrated that freedom gap was the fundamental dynamic of institutional change, and analysed two dimensions of institutional change. Finally, it summed up and made brief comments on the prosperity and challenges of economic development in China.
