在农村人口老龄化、家庭空巢化背景下，农村传统家庭养老模式受到了严峻挑战，新型居家养老模式应运而生。然而，如何发展农村居家养老服务事业已成为社会关注的焦点。本文在运用SWOT分析法客观描述农村居家养老服务的优势、劣势、机会和面临威胁的基础上，提出了针对农村居家养老服务内容的战略组合，即生活照料的S-O战略、医疗护理的W-O战略、精神慰藉的S—T战略。有针对性的发展战略选择有利于提高养老服务资源配置效率，推动农村居家养老服务事业均衡持续发展。

Under the background of rural population aging and family miniaturization, rural traditional family pension mode were challenged and the new type of home pension mode arises at the historic moment, however, how to develop the enterprise of rural home pension service has become the focus of social attention. This article uses the method of SWOT to objectively describe the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the rural home pension service. Based on this, the article puts forward the strategy combination for rural home pension service content, namely S - O strategy of life care, W - O strategy of medical care, S - T strategy of spiritual solace. The development strategic choice of targeted is conducive to improving the resource configuration efficiency of pension service, promoting the balance and sustainable development of the rural home pension service.
