乐府诗的英译目前主要有许渊冲、汪榕培和李正栓的译本。三位译者在大量翻译实践的基础上总结出各自的翻译理论，又在其理论指导下译出了风格各异的乐府诗。许译乐府诗“意美”、“音美”、“形美”；汪译乐府诗“传神”且“达意”；李译乐府诗则“忠实对等，形神兼求”。这些译论极大地丰富了中国的诗歌翻译理论，并有效地指导了诗歌翻译实践。

In China, there are mainly three English versions of Yuefu poetry translated by Xu Yuanchong, Wang Rongpei and Li Zhengshuan. They have all put forward their own theory or principles on poetry translation based on their translation practice. In light of their own theory, they translated the Yuefu poetry with their unique styles. Xu Yuanchong＇ s version is beautiful in sense, sound and form. Wang Rong- pei＇s version is vivid in description and faithful in meaning. Li Zhengshuan＇s version is faithful and equivalent in comprehension, style, rhyme and cultural connotation. They have enriched China＇s poetry translation theory and have effectively guided translation practice.
