创新人才是制药企业自主创新的最重要资源,本文在分析河北省制药产业技术创新人才总量不足、结构失衡等问题基础上,剖析了由该问题所导致的企业自主创新能力弱化、产业结构难以转变、产业链条难以延伸等突出问题,提出了改进河北省制药产业创新人才支撑体系问题的对策,以期为河北省制药产业提高自主创新能力提供有效建议。

Innovative talent is the most important resource for the innovation in the pharmaceutical industry. The condition of small amount and unbalanced structure of creative talents in Hebei Province is the reason of weakening the innovation capability, blocking the industrial structure change and the industrial chain extension and etc.. Some countermeasures are proposed to solve the problem of support system of innovative talent in order to provide effective references for enhancing independent innovation capability of pharmaceutical industry in Hebei province.
