在对相关文献进行回顾和分析的基础上，以战略柔性为中介变量，构建了组织忘记、战略柔性对创新绩效影响的结构模型，并运用结构方程模型进行实证分析。研究结果表明：组织忘记对创新绩效的间接作用占主导地位，而直接作用不显著；战略柔性对组织忘记和创新绩效之间的作用关系起到明显的中介作用；在战略柔性中资源柔性对组织忘记和创新之间的中介作用远远大于能力柔性的中介作用。

Based on the relevant literature, the authors take strategic flexibility as a mediator and put forward the model among organizational unlearning, strategic flexibility and innovative performance. Then an empirical study is conducted using structure equation model. The empirical results reveal that the indirect effect of organizational unlearning influencing innovative performance is significant, but the direct effect is not significant. Meanwhile, strategic flexibility mediates the relationship between organiza- tional unlearning and innovative performance. Furthermore, resource flexibility mediating the relationship between organizational unlearning and innovative performance is far greater than capability flexibility.
