对近年来中越、中老和中缅跨境经济合作区发展概况综述的基础上，重点分析了边界效应对中越、中老和中缅跨境经济合作区建设所产生的影响。结论为：首先，中国与越南、老挝和缅甸建立跨境经济合作区的边界效应是存在的，突破边界效应来构架跨境经济合作区是当前面临的重要问题。其次，以国家为主体的角度来测算中越、中老和中缅的边界效应，发现其对双方贸易流的影响非常有限。但是，以边界省区为例，如云南的角度，发现边界效应对双方贸易流起到显著的正向作用。再次，云南地区中越、中老和中缅跨境经济区的有效建设，必将拓展中国与周边国家跨境经济合作区建设的实践领域，跨境经济区的建设也将成为中国与周边国家双边经贸、投资合作的重要突破口。

On the basis of the analysis of the effect of cross-border cooperation zones between China and Vietnam, China and Laos, and China and Burma, this paper gives a detail description to the border effect caused by them. It finds that, firstly, the border effect does exist, and it is necessary to break through the border effect to establish the framework of cross-border cooperation zones. Secondly, for China and Vietnam, Laos and Burma, the border effect is of no importance to their bilateral trade. However, for Yunnan province, it plays a significant positive role in the total volume of trade. The effective construction of these regions will be sure to enrich the construction practice of cross-border cooperation zones between China and Vietnam, Laos and Burma, and contributes to the overall construction of China＇s cross-border cooperation zone.
