目前关于员工反伦理行为的研究多为理论探讨。本文在现有研究基础上提出组织伦理氛围与员工反伦理行为研究假设,通过对国内的企业开展问卷调查,运用SPSS软件对问卷作系统分析,证实关怀导向、独立判断导向和法律规则导向三种组织伦理氛围类型对员工反伦理行为产生负向的影响作用,而功利导向对员工反伦理行为产生正向的影响作用,其中关怀导向的组织伦理氛围影响强度最大。从而为解决员工反伦理行为问题提供了一个新的视角和路径。

At present, the employee' s anti-ethical behavior is discussed theoretically. On the basis of existing research this article puts forward the hypothesis of organizational ethical climate and employee' s anti-ethical behavior. Carrying out the questionnaire to domestic enterprises, using SPSS software to make system analysis, the article confirms that the care guide, independent judgment guide and rule of law guide for employee' s anti-ethical behavior produce negative influence, the utilitarian orientation has a positive impact on employee' s anti-ethical behavior, and the organizational ethical climate of the care guide has the most strong impact. Thus the article provides a new angle of view and path for solving the problem of employee' s anti-ethical behavior.
