服务型制造是制造业与服务业融合发展的新模式。我国制造业已开始由生产型制造向着服务型制造转型。本文在阐明服务型制造的特点和基本构成的基础上，探讨了具有竞争优势期望的服务型制造业务流程优化的思路和程序，基于精益六西格玛和质量功能配置的融合集成，提出了具有竞争优势期望的服务型制造业务流程优化的逻辑模型和数学模型，并通过一个案例阐述了优化模型的具体运用，以为制造企业转型和服务型制造业务流程优化提供支持或应用参考。

Service-manufacturing is a new paradigm for the synchronization development of manufacturing and service. China＇ s manufacturing industry is in transition from production manufacturing to service-manufacturing. In this paper, we discuss the ideas and procedures of service-manufacturing＇ s business process improvement with the expectations of the competitive advantage on the basis of describing characteristics and basic components of service-manufacturing, and we propose logical and mathematical model of service-manufacturing＇ s business process improvement with the expecta- tions of the competitive advantage based on Lean Six Sigma and Quality Function Deployment integration. By a case study, we describe the concrete application of the model in order to provide an effective means and methods for transition of manufacturing industry from production manufacturing to service-manufacturing and service-manufacturing＇ s business process improvement.
