以中国国家知识产权局专利数据库为数据源,借助Bibexcel和Pajek等分析工具,采用定量和定性的专利信息分析方法,从技术生命周期、技术主题和合作网络3个角度对我国石墨烯领域的相关专利文献进行可视化分析,揭露我国石墨烯领域存在研发合作强度较弱、研发机构技术优势不明显、研发主体合作意识淡薄3个主要问题,并提出对策建议,今后应加强我国石墨烯领域的政府支持力度和研发投入与研发合作强度.

Based on State Intellectual Property Otfice of PAt. China (SIPO) patent databases, by the software tools of the Bibexcel and Pajek, this article conducted visual analysis on the Graphene technology of China from the angles of technology life cycle and technology Subject and collaborative network research to reveal its development status and the problem by the method of the quantitative and qualiative patent information analysis. It revealed the three major problems to be weakness in the R&D collab- oration, uncharacteristic in the technical advantage, poor awareness in the cooperation among R&D institutions in the Graphene field of China. Finally, the paper provided to enhance government support, the R&D investment and collabora tion in graphene of China in future.
