教育实践在广义上应该是教育之名下的一切行为,各种教育研究在这个意义上都没有完全脱离教育实践,它们都试图去描述或规范自己的教育实践。但是,以往的很多教育研究并非观照了全面的教育实践,特别是比较普遍地缺少对情境性、自由性的教育实践形态的真切关注,而这部分教育实践却是最能彰显人类能动性又占据核心位置的现实教育实践形态。因此,真正转向实践的教育研究需要在广义的教育实践观下,以整体性的立场对教育实践进行研究,并要求进行复杂性思维下的本体性教育实践研究,穿梭于教育理论与实践之间进行多样研究,深入理解教育实践者,集中研究教育实践关键事件,努力揭示教育实践机制。

In a broad sense, education practice includes all the actions operated in the name of education. Consequently, all sorts of educational studies are not completely broken away from education practice, and each educational study tries to describe or normalize education practice from its own angle. However, many traditional studies have failed to pay attention to the education practice in an overall way, especially, the true attention to the situational and free education practice which best manifest the subjective initiative of human and occupy core position in realistic education practice. Therefore, the real practice-oriented education research must stand firmly on the broader understanding to education practice and keep an overall angle of view during the study. The research on education practice needs to implement ontological research by complex logic thinking, make various researches between education theory and practice, form a deep understanding to educational practitioner, focus on the study of critical events in education practice, and seek to reveal the mechanism of educational practice.
