在日益激烈的高等教育竞争环境中，高职院校需要以优质服务来兼顾各种利益主体的价值诉求，才能实现自身的可持续发展。当前，高职院校片面追求就业需求而忽视人才全面发展，片面强化社会需求而忽视学生就业愿望，片面认识人才需求而忽视技术研发服务。高职院校以需求为导向的人才培养，应充分考虑各个利益主体的发展需求，将社会需求和学生需求有机结合，构建社会需求和学生需求相结合的人才培养模式，建立体现核心能力的“三个课堂”相结合的育人体系，以及开展区域产业转型升级需求的技术研发服务。

In the increasingly stormy competition environment in higher educational education, vocational colleges need to take the value appeal of various beneficiaries into consideration with first-rate service, so as to realize their own sustainable development. Currently, vocational colleges one-sidedly pursue employment demand but ignore the all-round development of talents, one-sidedly intensify social demand but ignore the employment desire of students, and one-sidedly understand talent demand but ignore technology research and development service. Demand-oriented talent cultivation in vocational colleges should fully consider the development demand of each beneficiary, organically combining social demand with students＂ demand, constructing the talent cultivation mode of combining social demand with students＂ demand, establishing the educating system of integrating ＂three classrooms＂ and reflecting core competence, as well as developing the technology research and development service to meet the demand of regional industry transformation and upgrading.
