发展节能减排的低碳经济是中国寻求经济增长、促进经济转型、实现可持续发展的重要战略选择。深圳市作为经济特区和全国第三大金融中心，有必要充分利用自身的金融优势深入开展和支持企业的节能减排工作。主要从融资金融政策的角度，认为可以利用项目融资、债务融资、股权融资和碳金融创新融资等多种融资政策支持深圳市节能减排企业大力发展。

Development of energy saving low-carbon economy is the important strategic choice for china to seek sustainable economic growth. Shenzhen, a special economic zone and the China＇s third largest financial center, is necessary to make full use of its own economic advantages to carry out energy conservation and emissions reduction work. The thesis studing with the view of financial aims to find some supportive financial policies for the energy conservation and emissions reduction in Shenzhen. As mentioned as following items, the financial policies can be through project financing, debt financing, and equity financing, innovative carbon financing to support the energy conservation work in Shenzhen.
