基于组织二元性的理论框架，本文通过引入相对关系导向概念，发现新创企业在关系网络上的相对资源投入量与成长绩效之间是一种倒U型关系，而且在产品和要素发育不完善、地区产权保护水平较低的制度环境下，偏好关系网络的战略行为对创业成长的正向作用会更加明显。这说明，新创企业做到构建关系网络和增强创新性的二元性有利于创业成长，但外在制度环境会直接影响企业实施这2种战略行为的相对成本，从而决定战略二元性的回报结构。

Based on the framework of organizational ambidexterity, this article introduced a new concept, relative Guanxi orientation, to explore the role of managing for ambidexterity of networking and innovation on entrepreneurial growth. Results showed that an inverted U shape between relative Guanxi orientation and new venture growth, which was negatively moderated by the level product and factor development and property protection. It concluded the relative cost and return of implementing the strategic ambidexterity between networking and innovation varies with the development of eco- nomic institutions.
