大学章程，在一所大学的各项规章制度之中是纲领性的，是层次最高的。自2012年初，教育部要求全国各高等学校制定各自的章程以来，对于大学章程的研究已成为一个热点。我国已有几所大学制定了自己的章程。毋庸置疑，大学章程对于一所大学的制度化管理是十分重要的。然而，大学与大学章程之间的关系包括大学章程与大学理念之间的关系究竟怎样，大学章程对于一所大学的地位、意义及作用等，还是值得探讨的。
大學章程，在一所大學的各項規章製度之中是綱領性的，是層次最高的。自2012年初，教育部要求全國各高等學校製定各自的章程以來，對于大學章程的研究已成為一箇熱點。我國已有幾所大學製定瞭自己的章程。毌庸置疑，大學章程對于一所大學的製度化管理是十分重要的。然而，大學與大學章程之間的關繫包括大學章程與大學理唸之間的關繫究竟怎樣，大學章程對于一所大學的地位、意義及作用等，還是值得探討的。

University charter, as a guideline that matters for all of college＇s rules and regulations, may become in- creasingly prominent. Since the beginning of 2012 when the ministry of education required formulating colleges＇ respective university charter across the country, the research on university charters seems to be a hot spot nationwide. There such uni- versity charters have been developed on several universities inland already. In light of their significances, university charter may play an indispensable role on university＇s institutionalized administration. Moreover, it may be worthy of consideration on the relationship between university and its university charter. The research may in depth focus on the relationship be- tween principles of university and university charter, with the addition of its significance, merits and influence.
